Breakfast was satisfactory, appreciated the position.

The hotel was amazing and clean in general. The rooms were wonderful and gorgeous, they come with large comfortable bed, many shops nearby, for example. The service was excellent, I had 4 very nice nights here. Moreover, I parked on-site. The staff were fantastic and wonderful and the location was marvellous in the immediate surrounding area.

Amazing family-run hotel for 4 nights in Edinburgh. Lovely and absolutely brilliant room, lovely beds. Had excellent a sofa bed, central heating, and an iron. Marvellous location to the city centre on a tram. Also - not far from tram station, Tesco, KFC, shopping over the road, and the grounds to take the wee one to.

Great-sized units with sofa and window open plus sofa bed out. Attentive staff, perfect location adjacent to the supermarkets as well as tram/bus.

The location was ideal, the breakfast was satisfactory. I thoroughly enjoyed that it was next to a train station. The rooms were spotless and well-organised with the balcony kept by the helpful staff.

Marvellous and perfect location in a lovely area short walk to railway station, the supermarkets, Krispy Kreme and a Costa close by and restaurants. Quiet and bright unit with a television and the balcony.

my room was good-sized with sofa, had smoke detectors for safety measures. an electric kettle and a refrigerator were available too. the private parking was on site, good service. every staff member was helpful and attentive.

Make sure you stay in the deluxe room with a lovely clean bathroom, a television and sofa. The breakfast has satisfactory options with food/drinks and yoghurt, as for instance.
